Feeding Foundations Parent Series
Are mealtimes feeling harder than they should? Does your child only eat a handful of foods, avoid trying new things, or seem "stuck" on the same favourites?
You're not alone.
Feeding Foundations is a 5-part online parent education series designed to provide practical, evidence-informed strategies to support picky and selective eating at home.
